GETTING YOUR IMAGES TO ME All images should be sent with tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation by a trusted carrier. Format for all images may be as a hard copy or digital files in .PDF, .JPG, or .TIFF files at 300 dpi. QUOTES AND APPROVAL After receiving your images, I will review and send an invoice per email. Approval indicates that payment is on the way and production will begin. LENGTH OF WORK All jobs will be completed within one month, unless a shorter due date is indicated by you. Completion time will be confirmed with your price quote. PAYMENT Payments may be made by check or money order. Credit and debit cards are accepted with an invoice through PayPal. Payment is expected before the images are returned to you. RETURN DELIVERY Return delivery will be done with the same consideration as the original images sent to me. Tracking, insurance and delivery information will be confirmed to you the day the package is sent.
